Born and raised in Germany, Harry moved to Fairbanks, Alaska in 1992. He graduated from A&P school in 1996 from the Hutchison Career Center at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
Harry worked on a wide range of aircraft over the last 27 years, ranging from a Cessna 150 to a Boeing 777. His 11+ year career at Pen Air for spanned many positions, starting out as a mechanic, then advancing to lead mechanic, maintenance controller, CAS Manager and lastly the Director of Quality Control. He served as the senior Maintenance Controller during the proving runs of the SAAB 2000, and was directly involved in manual changes and the Single Operating certificate merger between Pen Air and RAVN.
Harry strives to make sure all employees are treated respectfully and given opportunities for advancement within their reach.
When he’s not busy at work you can find him enjoying the outdoors, camping, fishing, shooting off rounds at the range, off roading, or riding his motorcycle with his Brother.
