RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Captains report to the Chief Pilot. They must have a thorough knowledge of all aircraft systems, emergency procedures, ATC procedures and Company policies regarding operation of the aircraft.
- Operate the aircraft safely and efficiently while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
- Liaison with flight crew and all those encountered throughout the flight
- Adhere to the cultural expectations of the villages and towns within the State of Alaska

Year 1: $100k annual minimum salary guarantee
Year 2: $120k, Year 3: $140k
Additional $25k annual pay when signed off as Aleutian/DUT Captain

RESPONSIBLITIES:
This position will report to the Lead Station Agent or Station Manager
- Keep the station orderly and clean.
- Keeping all equipment in working order and reporting if repairs need to be made.
- Ensure safety practices are being followed and reporting hazardous conditions.
- Ensure safety and security regulations are met when passengers access the tarmac for aircraft boarding and deplaning.
- Maintain currency on all training requirements.
- Conduct GSC or CRO duties, after receiving and successfully passing training.
- Comply with local airport, FAA, and TSA policies.
- Load catering supplies and equipment as needed.
- Remove trash and straightening cabin when applicable.
- Station opening and closing.
- Check in passengers and baggage. Maintain confidentiality of passenger’s flight and personal information
- Follow security procedures.
- Perform Cargo Load Report procedures.
- Enplane and deplane passengers.
- Aircraft security search procedures.
- Ensure all monies are accounted for, secured and deposited per Company procedures.
- For those that operating ground equipment, any restrictions noted on the license will also apply when operating Company-owned vehicles.
- General ground handling of aircraft, baggage and other ground operations.
- Handle aircraft operation while it’s on the ground.
- Marshall aircraft for parking and departure; wing-walking if assigned.
- Load and unload baggage; carry-on and checked baggage.
- Ground equipment operation.

Responsibilities:
This position will report directory to the Manager Maintenance Control & Maintenance Planning
- Monitor and record reported maintenance delays and cancellations.
- Administer and oversee approved On-Call contract maintenance providers performing maintenance and returning Company aircraft to service.
- Provide maintenance schedules for Company aircraft to ensure compliance with the approved policies and procedures of the Company and applicable 14 CFR regulations.
- Provide technical and logistical support to Maintenance and Flight Crews for active aircraft maintenance discrepancies, Minimum Equipment List, Configuration Deviation List, and Administrative Control Items (ACI) to determine proper and timely corrective action.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Flight Dispatch, Materials, and Quality Control/Quality Assurance, providing current and continuing follow-up to ensure positive corrective action is made as promptly as possible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Coordinate with Quality Control/Quality Assurance and Maintenance as necessary for technical evaluation of repairs, modification, and overhaul.
- Ensure the maintenance information contained in the Company’s computer systems is accurate and up to date
- Responsible for completion of all department internal Company forms, maintenance records documents, work orders, etc.
- Coordinate with Materials for logistical support of projected maintenance.
- Knowledge of Company policies and procedures, including but not limited to; Maintenance Control, MEL/CDL/Deferred maintenance, Special Flight Authorizations, CASS, and Safety policies.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
This position will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor
- The Technician is directly responsible for their assigned maintenance duties. Will work in close coordination with the Quality Control/Quality Assurance Department during the performance of these duties.
- Responsible for their assigned work area, shop, or ramp, to ensure that it is kept clean and free of hazards.
- Perform all aviation maintenance in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, the highest shop practices and in the interest of safety of flight.
- When authorized, perform receiving inspections of parts and accessories ensuring materials received are inspected to the extent necessary to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and Company Specifications.
- Be familiar with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and Company policies.
- Document all required maintenance in accordance with this manual.
- Assist in the planning, directing, laying out and coordinating activities of their area and other areas to minimize delays and increase production and efficiency.
- Responsible for the handling of parts while repair is in progress which includes the proper tagging and disposition of these components.
- Assist in initiating Material Requests for stock and/or material as required.
- Keep tools and support equipment in a safe and operational condition and, when using calibrated equipment, ensure the calibration due time has not expired
- Utilize personal protection (safety glasses, ear protection, respirator, gloves, etc.) as necessary while conducting daily duties
- Submit in writing any suggested change in operational procedures that will enhance safe, cost effective aircraft maintenance
- Responsible for completion of all department internal Company forms, maintenance records documents, work orders, etc

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Loading and Unloading of Aircraft
• Familiarizing and hands on training on the safe operation of ground equipment (specific to equipment being operated)
• Aircraft servicing (includes catering)
• Ramp operations including safety rules, ramp markings (signs, signaling devices, lights and blast fences), equipment operating rules and procedures for positioning ground equipment around aircraft
• Local airport rules and regulations (speed limits, roadways, etc.)
• Deicing Training in cold weather stations as per the Deice Manual (DIM)
• Be familiar with aviation security, weight and balance programs.
• Report safety hazards concerns, hazards, near misses, incidents, and accidents to immediate Supervisor.
• Protect passenger baggage from damage, loss and weather conditions
• Report equipment problems to the AIC or the Station Manager.
