QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as Director of Finance or similar role with track record of success to manage and direct all company finances
  • Broad knowledge of all accounting, financial and business principles. Strategic thinker and effective leader who can make the most profitable decisions
  • An analytical mind with a strategic ability
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus, CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus
  • Technology savvy. Quickbooks Online experience a plus
  • Experience managing multiple entities/companies intercompany accounting
  • Positive attitude with passion and aptitude to overcome startup company challenges

RESPONSIBLITIES:

This position will report directly to the CEO

  • Oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning
  • Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
  • Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems
  • Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.)
  • Oversee all tax, audit and internal control operations
  • Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives
  • Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
  • Leads all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Manages a growing finance department.
  • Oversees and reviews accounting tasks, including payroll, taxes, and compliance.
  • Collaborates with the executives and directors to create budgets and track key performance indicators.
  • Meets deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Knows and adheres to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules and regulations.
  • Airline Clearing House and ARC corp billing/reconciliation
  • Other duties as assigned

  • ATP License, 3000 flight hours, 1st class medical
  • Must be 23 years of age, able to pass full DOT background checks and initial and random drug screens
  • Prior 121 PIC Experience in Saab 2000 preferred

It is run by respected and successful long-time aviation professionals with strong financial backing. We seek an experienced SIC who wants to grow in and add excitement to their career. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ATP License, 2,000 flight hours, 1st class medical

  • Payload calculations
  • In-flight monitoring
  • Flight debriefs
  • Communicating routinely with on site management personnel on safety of flight, aircraft maintenance status, flight crew status, operational communication issues, customer concerns or personnel issues.
  • Coordinate operations with management
  • Crew scheduling and assignment
