RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will report directory to the Manager Maintenance Control & Maintenance Planning

· Monitor and record reported maintenance delays and cancellations.
· Administer and oversee approved On-Call contract maintenance providers performing maintenance and returning Company aircraft to service.
· Provide maintenance schedules for Company aircraft to ensure compliance with the approved policies and procedures of the Company and applicable 14 CFR regulations.
· Provide technical and logistical support to Maintenance and Flight Crews for active aircraft maintenance discrepancies, Minimum Equipment List, Configuration Deviation List, and Administrative Control Items (ACI) to determine proper and timely corrective action.
· Coordinate with Maintenance, Flight Dispatch, Materials, and Quality Control/Quality Assurance, providing current and continuing follow-up to ensure positive corrective action is made as promptly as possible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
· Coordinate with Quality Control/Quality Assurance and Maintenance as necessary for technical evaluation of repairs, modification, and overhaul.
· Ensure the maintenance information contained in the Company’s computer systems is accurate and up to date

RESPONSIBLITIES:

This position will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor

  • The Technician is directly responsible for their assigned maintenance duties. Will work in close coordination with the Quality Control/Quality Assurance Department during the performance of these duties.
  • Responsible for their assigned work area, shop, or ramp, to ensure that it is kept clean and free of hazards.
  • Perform all aviation maintenance in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, the highest shop practices and in the interest of safety of flight.
  • When authorized, perform receiving inspections of parts and accessories ensuring materials received are inspected to the extent necessary to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and Company Specifications.
  • Be familiar with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and Company policies.
  • Document all required maintenance in accordance with this manual.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

This position will report to the Station Manager

  • Responsible for the direct supervision of all customer service personnel and the safe efficient operation of the stations and activities during airside operations. Performs customer service and ramp service duties.
  • Ensure conditions at the stations are in compliance with safety requirements. This Includes an on-going program of monitoring facilities for safety problems and taking immediately steps to resolve them.
  • Implement day to day ground operations and delivering training as needed for Ground Operations. Station supervision and addressing customer issues.
  • Administer and supervise daily operations for station personnel and the safe efficient operation of all airside operations.
  • Ensure all Company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed by employees and contracted personnel.
  • Ensure all TSA security information is current and disseminated as required and that agents working flights are properly trained and carry out their duties as defined.
  • Record and audit all training records and background checks for employees and contracted personnel for currency.

  • Serve as secondary point of contact for FAA and TSA auditors and inspectors
  • Assist Training Department with required record keeping and recurrent training items for Ground Operations Team Members
  • Complete daily Manager assignments such as daily station sales, employee time keeping
  • Waive miscellaneous ticketing charges i.e. bag fees, change fee
  • Manage late arrival/mis-loaded baggage for guests
  • Actively correct and document corrective action and discipline of team members
  • Promote safe practices and encourage reporting of safety concerns. Review corrective actions from the Safety Department
  • Coordinate with People Department regarding the hiring, performance improvement and termination
  • Report safety hazards concerns, hazards, incidents and accidents as required by company policy
  • Assist with communication of aircraft servicing companies at gate. To include deicing, fueling and other necessary services.
  • Make decisions that ensure policy and procedures and/or security are being followed
  • Other duties that are assigned

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Keep the station orderly and clean.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly station and ensure all equipment is functional
  • Adhere to safety practices and regulations for boarding and deplaning
  • Perform security duties and comply with local airport, FAA, and TSA policies
  • Open and close the station, check in passengers and baggage
  • Follow security procedures and perform Cargo Load Report procedures

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails in a prompt and friendly manner
  • Assist customers with reservations (new, changes and refunds)
  • Collect payment for reservations
  • Think and react quickly with a sense of urgency to time-sensitive problem situations
  • Remain calm during adverse conditions
  • Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Learn and maneuver computerized reservations to help assist customers with questions and bookings.
  • Provide conflict resolution with internal/external customer concerns and requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality for customer bookings and personal information.
  • Work with minimal supervision, while maintaining focus and safety awareness around multiple employees and distractions.
  • Provide legendary customer service and ensure that all decisions being made are with the customers and companies best interest in mind
