Peggy Groebe

Peggy has over 25 years of airline leadership experience in human resources and operational roles. She started her aviation career at Mesaba Airlines as Director, Human Resources overseeing corporate communications, recruiting, labor and employee relations, and benefits administration.

After leaving the industry for a brief period to consult, she joined Compass Airlines in 2014 as Director, Inflight Services overseeing inflight training, operations, standards and compliance functions, and became a line qualified flight attendant for the regional carrier.

Prior to joining Sterling, she also worked for Boutique Air and iAero Airways in Human Resources Director roles. Peggy attended the University of St. Thomas and holds a BA in Human Resource Management. She resides in Minneapolis, MN.
